Brexit – Impact on the Prevailing Law

The purpose of this note is to assist you by discussing some of the criteria required to be proved in order to bring a database claim and to provide legal context. Apperta may wish to use your admissions in evidence in order to demonstrate what happened and why you are liable.

The information flagged below is not a comprehensive letter of advice on the merits of a claim against you in this respect. We would need to see a detailed Letter of Claim from Apperta in order to fully understand their complaint and to advise you as to your position. Of course, Apperta may not take any further legal action at all.
