On Thursday I was contacted by REDACTED. REDACTED asked me if REDACTED could help with the situation that was being discussed. REDACTED is a Civil Servant and bound by the Official Secrets Act. I have provided REDACTED with a copy of the two disclosures I sent to Apperta. I did this as Apperta was established and grant funded by NHS England, administered by NHS Digital and is currently engaged with NHSX. These organisations all fall within the remit of REDACTED role.
