In a good faith effort to avoid an application for an interim injunction we asked for a very simple and immediate clarification at midday today as to:

  1. The status of deletion. Has the data been deleted?
  2. The status and classes of any retention. What is retained?
  3. What has been shared and with whom?
  4. What is/was personal data–(personal email addresses).

No answer and hours of delay with more delay proposed. I called you at 6pm not having heard a word.

Your client’s conduct today –like your client’s conduct to date– is in the worst possible faith.

These are very simple questions.

Your failure to address these suggests our concerns as to future threats are well founded.

You leave us no option and so we will be proceeding with the application for an injunction.
