The private and confidential data your client refers to was discovered openly published on the internet by your client and was not obtained by hacking into or penetrated your client’s systems and databases.
As a matter of public concern I drew this matter to your clients attention for them to fix
I have not made any threats to your client
I confirm that I no longer have a copy clone or fork of the publicly available repositories
I confirm that I have not and will not publish the data your clients made available on a public website or had published on a public URL.
I request that your client states that I have not hacked any system or made any threats and therefore assume my character has not and will not be defamed in this manner and that your client acknowledges that this letter to me will be rescinded.
