The House to Home exhibition organised by the Hansard Society at Westminster Hall yeilded some interesting - although hardly suprising given voter turnout figures - feedback from its 45,000 visitors. More than 80% of respondents felt excluded by Westminster politics. I had a poke around the online version of the exhibition. Technocratic has crunched the weblogs once again and come up with a metric of authority or trust in online sources. So, just who are we - the online community - trusting for our news? Last week, Sarah was trumpeting the launch of the ‘Safer Neighbourhoods’ initiative in Kilburn ward. This week, she’s calling for action to tackle ticket touts in Kilburn ward. Surely any action taken would be taken as part of the Safer Neighbourhoods initiative. Having spoken last week about how the “…police are not allowed to get on with their job because of excessive paperwork”, Sarah now wants to devote police time to persuing the small-fry petty-crook - with all the paper chase that accompanies it....
