opening up brent council

brent council collect and publish lots and lots of information. i’m not talking about informtion that is about a person, like say census or tax information. I’m interested in the information that Brent Council spend a lot of time and money on collecting and verifying and organisaing and publishing about local organisations and projects, events and activities. and I’d like to get at it ! Brent Council publish the Brent Magazine and also the Brent Brain website....

what’s happening with the stop the tower campaign? I’ve not received any emails from Barney nor have I picked up other campaign materials in the QP area these last weeks. i have seen that the Liberal Democrats are making a local election issue out of the QP tower plan - and with Cllr Davies being against, Cllr Nerva chairing a panel and Cllr Sayer making the decision, political representation from Team Red is lacking a bit too....
